At each stage of the Journey, you are clearly guided the recommended loan structure based on objectives and property goals. This provides a clear breakdown of equity splits, loan purpose, repayment types, fixed vs variable components, terms, and product types. You are guided through the process, every step of the way

Initial Discovery Call / Meeting - Clients are invited to a discovery call, focused on identifying their goals and discovering objectives.

Fact-Finding & Strategy Alignment - Relevant information is gathered, and a loan solution, considering risk profile, short-term intentions, and long-term plans, is aligned.

Lender Research - I will identify suitable products and lender options. The focus is not just on rate, but on the structure of the loan, how it supports future investment, flexibility, and efficiency.

Application & Submission - Once the preferred lender is confirmed, the client is guided through document collection and submission. All documentation is generated and signed.

Approval & Pre-Settlement Support - Assisting the client in reviewing all documents, coordinating final steps, and preparing for settlement.

Post-Settlement Follow-Up - After settlement, we check in with the client and ensure everything has settled smoothly. We explain the next steps, guide features, and schedule for ongoing loan reviews.

Ongoing Support & Review - A long term partner in the client’s property journey. Proactively reaching out for aspiration reviews.
